Christmas Lights at the Mesa Temple

We had a wonderful night in Mesa tonight! We went to Cafe Rio since it is right by the temple and we have been missing this food since we moved here from Utah. Then, we went to the temple to see the lights. This was our first time to see the temple. It was fun to see the house that Grandma and Grandpa Broadbent lived in when they were on their mission. I remember loving the fact that their house was right on the temple grounds. That brought back some great memories.

We really enjoyed seeing the lights. They were beautiful! They had some wonderful nativity scenes and beautiful music and messages. It was neat to see the lights on the palm trees and reflecting off the pool. It was hard to get Parker to even want to look at the camera because he was so interested in the lights. We had a great time!
