Parker is really trying to get around these days, but isn't quite successful. His favorite position is when he is standing up. He feels so grown up when we place him by the couch, chairs, buckets, or anything that he can hold on to and support himself. He gets so excited when he does this that he usually lets go and falls to one side.
The next thing that he loves is to sit up. He loves it when we put a bunch of toys in front of him so that he can play with all of them...
The only problem is that he eventually pushes them away and has to reach really far to get them.
Many times this causes him to end up on his stomach. This is okay for a minute, but...
He hasn't quite figured out how to move his legs and arms to propel him forward, so this makes him mad.
He finally gives up and decides that sucking his thumb is a lot easier than trying to move.

Ohhh - so cute! Parker is just getting sooo big! He'll be able to get from here to there before he knows it :)
