Parker and Emma

We were lucky to get to spend a couple of days with my niece Emma at the beach before she was off on her adventure to Switzerland. Emma is my oldest niece and about the age that I was when I first started to come out to take care of her when she was little. I have definitely been able to enjoy a lot of her growing up.

Parker has always loved Emma and has gotten to see her 3 times this year! A couple of weeks before we went to New York, Parker brought me his cousins book that I made for him and showed me Emma's picture and said, "Mema." I was shocked that he still remembered who she was. So, it wasn't a surprise that he was immediately drawn to her and loved playing with her for a couple of days. Now we have a few more pictures of "Mema" to look at!
