Angels/Yankees Game

I don't consider myself one of the most creative people when it comes to digital scrapbooking. I love going to other people for layout designs that I can then make my own...so thanks to Heidi for a cute baseball layout to get me jumpstarted on what I wanted to do!

Friday afternoon, we headed up to Anaheim for the day. We spent the afternoon shopping in Downtown Disney and eating dinner at the Rainforest Cafe. Parker loved seeing all of the "aa aa's" (monkeys) in the trees. He loved all of the animals and the fun environment. He wasn't very fond of the lightning, however. It brought back some good memories of the first time that I ever went there. I went with my niece Emma when I lived with them in London. She was about Parker's age and was terrified of the thunderstorms as well. Good times!

After dinner, we headed out to the baseball game. I had decked Parker out in his Yankees blue and his Yankees hat for the occasion - much to the dismay of some of his family members. What can I say, I was raised to love the Yankees...I've spent many summers in NY! Rich and I really LOVE going to games!
