Brothers

Parker has always had a love/hate relationship with his brother....hate might be a little drastic (maybe I should say, sometimes he isn't sure that having a brother is all that great). Some days, he wants to play with Braden, share toys with Braden, help take care of Braden, and has a way of making Braden laugh {that Rich and I have never quite mastered as well as Parker}.

Other days, it seems like he wants the same toys, thinks Braden is a doll to be dragged around, or wants Braden to "go back." Luckily, the older he gets - the more love and less frustration.

I love catching the little moments of them "playing" and Parker even likes to say that he is "babysitting" Braden. On these days, he'll take full responsibility for Braden and play with him in the toy room for a short amount of time. These are the days that having two little boys is absolutely perfect. On this day, Parker was very excited that he was matching Braden...he thought that was pretty special. I am loving my little boys and hope that we continue to have more days of love between the two of them :)
