Grandma and Grandpa Came

Parker LOVED all of the attention he got from having my parents come visit this weekend. It took him a few minutes to warm up to these new faces. He cried for the first 5 minutes, but then he decided that they weren't scary after all. From then on, they were fast friends. Grandpa gave him shoulder rides and boat rides in the pool. Grandma was great for hugs, cuddles, and playing with. His fears definitely came out this weekend when his Grandpa sneezed though - the tears came fast. It is hilarious because he thinks that a sneeze is the scariest thing in this world. He isn't afraid of fireworks, gun shots, or other loud noises...just a sneeze. I would have thought that he would have grown out of this by now! We spent the first day going to the zoo where we rode the train around to see all of the animals. This was especially a good decision because it kept us cool. We enjoyed a great picnic by the lake and then went and saw Rich's school. We then went to the Diamondbacks game. I love having visitors because we go out and do so many fun things!
