Last weekend was the Chili Cook-off for the Elder's Quorum and their families. I guess that there is something about competitions in our ward because it seems like every party is some sort of competition....ice cream contest, chili cook-off, talent show. We just all want to show off our mighty talents. My favorite thing about it was the trophy for first place. It is a traveling trophy that gets passed on each year that was made by a guy in our ward. It's pretty impressive. Our friend Matt won and loved showing off his award!
Parker had a great time with all of the kids. He loved showing off his walking, climbing the stairs, and crawling across the floor. At one point, several of the kids were having a crawling contest with him. He thought that this was fun to have all of the attention!

How fun - and Parker looks like he had a great time - I love his smile!!! I'm sorta jealous of your warm weather and green grass - but I loved the snow we had today too!!!
How did I know there was going to be an incriminating photo of my son? Oh well, they had a lot of fun together. I'm so glad I didn't win that award...
