Playing at the Splashpark

Last week, my friend Ang invited me to go to the Splashpark with her. I had never been to this one before and I LOVED it. We got there before the water was turned on, so we let the boys play on the playground while we waited. Parker had a great time swinging, playing on the equipment, and being with his friends Jovin and Mayer. He even wanted to give them hugs.

I wasn't sure how he would like the splashpark because lately he has not liked getting water splashed on his head. I opted out of wearing my suit in hopes that he would go by himself. No such luck. He wouldn't go in without me. After 15-20 minutes of getting absolutely soaked, the boys finally decided that it was enough fun to do by themselves. By the end, Parker was dipping his whole head in the water. It was a perfect activity for an Arizona summer day!

IT's all about water in the arizona summers! Looks refreshing. We've got some matching children's place wardrobe to you - yeah for sales! By the way, I really like the picture with the red rock/sand - makes me remember the unique beauty down there.

Ohhh - looks so fun! Love your scrapbook pages! Maybe once our kindergarten schedule gets figured out and my house gets clean from being trashed from all the craziness of the last 3 weeks, I might actually get a chance to sit down and try! Here's hoping I can put something together that's almost as cute as your pages :)
