One of the best thing about the holidays is getting to see friends and family. Since we didn't get to go home this year, we were lucky enough to have a few friends and family come to town. We loved that we could meet up with them in between their busy schedules!
Our fun began on December 23rd when Parker and I met Jodi, Jackson, & Jillian at the Children's Museum. I love that Kent's family is from Scottsdale because it assures that I get to see them a few times a year! We had a great morning of exploring the museum followed by none other than McDonald's...As usual, we had a great time at the museum. It has definitely become one of our favorite outings!
On Christmas Eve (day), we got to meet up with some of our other friends Nate and Emryn...Again, we're lucky that Emryn's family lives down here so we get to see them a little more often than most people! It was definitely a fun time to catch up with our friends...Luck would have it again that we got one more group of people to meet up with over the break - Rich's cousins. Rich has 2 cousins that live down here (that we definitely don't see enough!) Turns out it takes his Aunt and Uncle to come to town for us to make an excuse. We met up with them the day after Christmas and went to dinner at the Olive Garden and then to see the Christmas lights at the temple.

I'm glad you were able to have some fun visitors around the holidays. Your Christmas Eve traditions sound fun.
It was so nice to spend the morning with you. My only regrets- 1. we didn't get a picture together 2. and we didn't talk more about grown-up stuff. (it's so hard when you're trying to look after busy little boys). I guess that means we'll just have to come visit again soon!
