Seeing that it has now been 2 months since my last post, I decided to finally give an update on what we have been up to. Sometimes the day to day doings of my life don't seem very interesting, so I wait for something overly exciting to blog about...then I get behind and the blog struggles. WAITING is definitely the theme of our life right now. We are currently WAITING to find out where Rich will be working, WAITING for graduation, WAITING to decide where we will move, WAITING for the baby to come, etc. There are a lot of big changes ahead of us in the next few months. We are excited about all of our new adventures, but it is definitely a lesson in patience.
In the meantime, we have been enjoying our day to day life - as simple as it may be. Rich is still as busy as ever. He finishes one of his rotations this week and then he will only have two more rotations (which are 5 weeks each). It has been a crazy time, but somehow they always manage to be better than I anticipate. Parker and I spend our days playing cars, trains, and basketball. He also loves to color, do puzzles, and read book after book. He is getting very excited for the baby to come and is constantly trying to read a book or "play basketball" with the baby.
We are loving this time of year and spend a good amount of time outside in our backyard or at the park. We will definitely miss this about Arizona. We love going on outings and having an excuse to leave the house. We love to go to singing time with Miss Denise at a local bookstore, doing arts and crafts at Lakeshore learning, and going to the library each week. Other than that, we tend to vary our activities between the zoo, childrens' museum, park, shopping, etc. Our newest project is our attempt to potty train Parker...definitely a task with my stubborn kid! Hopefully, we'll get it all figured out before baby #2.
Our day to day life is pretty simple and fun...now to showcase a few of the things we have done these past couple of months...stay tuned for more posts!

S glad you finally posted. I had justed checked earlier today to see if I had missed something because it had been so long. Glad all is weel. When you finish potty training do you want to come do it for me?
Ahh, the joys of potty training. I feel your pain. We're up to the same thing at our house.

Your simple life definitely sounds fun though. I miss having a friend that is always up for doing things, definitely not the same with out you guys here, so GET HERE SOON!!! ;)
Glad you are back! I can't wait to hear about what will happen to you guys in the future. I am so jealous of the warm weather you have been able to enjoy year round there. Being trapped indoors all winter with a little one sure has been a killer! Hope you are feeling well, and taking care of yourself. Not too much longer :)
So glad you're finally back :) Hunter says he can't believe how BIG Parker is getting :) He wants to know if you have a name for your new addition :) Any chance you're coming back to the cold and dreary land of Utah??? Miss you!
