Marble Painting

Parker loves art projects and "playing school." He often pretends that he is the teacher and I am the student. He loves me to play library and pretend that I am the librarian. He loves doing art projects and learning new things. I must admit that I love this! I think it is bringing out the teacher in me to do fun projects and teach him new things. I definitely spend more time looking for fun ideas to do with Parker.

This is one activity that he really enjoyed. We cut out the shape of a pumpkin and put it in a cardboard box. Then we put paint covered marbles in the box and let him roll it. It turned out pretty cute. Throughout the month, we also made hand print spiders, ghosts with our footprints, marshmallow ghosts, and more. We read Halloween books and played fun games. It's moments like these that makes me realize that 4 is a very FUN age!
