Parker doesn't usually keep a hat on, so I needed to find one that tied around his chin. He still tried to take it off a few times, but soon discovered that his pulling didn't do any good. It was stuck. I thought that he looked pretty cute in it though!
There are 3 things that Parker likes to do in the pool - play in his duck, splash, and play on the stairs. He loves to hold on to the handle and stand on his own. He feels so big (until he dunks his face)...
I've realized that I am definitely getting used to the heat here because the other day we were getting ready to go swimming and I looked at Rich and said, "It is only about 105 today." Literally, it didn't even feel that hot! Last year I made fun of people in the winter who said it was too cold to swim. Am I slowly turning into an Arizonan who thinks that 70 is cold?! I guess only time will tell :)

Only 105 huh? Our AC isn't working and it is in the mid 80's in my house and I'm totally melting. I can't imagine it any hotter. They say your body gets accustomed to your environment.
Where did you find Parker's hat with the chin strap? I looked all over and couldn't find one. James is doing a little better about keeping a hat one, especially if it is his baseball cap.
It's 68 degrees here in Redondo Beach right now... I guess you would be "freezing..."
